ANTEBELLUM
"Antebellum is a project almost two years in the making. The original film included an actor and (illegal) on-location shooting on the DC Metro & inside Arlington National Cemetary and remains unreleased.
The music, (at first titled, 'From Arlington') is inspired by the walks I would often take through Arlington National Cemetery.
By definition and usage, 'antebellum' translates to "before the war", specifically the American Civil War. This film is about that war after the war- against grief, against sorrow. It's about the war soldiers fight when they come home, in honor of those who did not..."

"It's about those isolated, uniterupted moments in life with someone you care about. I think that's something anyone who has ever been in love will relate to," says director, Jerel Ellegood.
