"OUTRO" is a short story about calling someone you care for and finding no answer. It's about uncertainty and too, despair.
Most of my music serves as the soundtrack to my life and this is no different. For me, it's a token from a sad moment, yes- and I can understand why some may say, "why write about that- it's depressing..." and on the surface, I suppose it is. But again, I'd like to reafffirm, my art is about my life- good, bad, and (unfortunatly) the ugly. I believe that through art, you can immortalize and romanticize your memories, again- good, bad, and ugly. For me, it's a way of gaining acceptance, owning and owning up to my past.
Some people repress.
Some people lie.
Some forget.
I just give my past a soundtrack and get high on my memories.
I see the music videos in my head, everyday.
Art gives us the power to make anything, even ugly things... beautiful.
If you ever supported me, this is yours.
Love, Always.
